Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
If you are not completely satisfied with any Bessemeter product, you may return it within 30 days to request a refund or replacement. All items must be returned in undamaged condition along with all original packaging. Please include a note stating the reason for your return and if you are requesting a refund or a replacement.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you are returning an item that is defective.
Upon receipt of your return, Bessemeter will issue a full product refund or replacement after verifying that the item is in undamaged condition with all original packaging included.
