Returns & Replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any Bessemeter product, you may return it within 30 days to request a refund or replacement.

All items must be returned in undamaged condition along with all original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Please include a note stating the reason for your return and if you are requesting a refund or a replacement.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact our support team at info@bessemeter.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless you are returning an item that is defective, has been damaged during shipping, or is the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, Bessemeter will issue a full product refund or replacement after verifying that the item is in undamaged condition with all original packaging included. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
